VALUE CREATION

In a world full of diverse talents , gifting and skills, always choose to stand out to showcase your Unique Potentials.

There are two Distinct words "Value" and "Creation".

In simple dictionary meaning ,Value means a shared idea about how something is ranked in terms of desirability , worth of goodness while Creation simply means producing or bringing something into existence.

In this context , I will like to bring to limelight practical ways of harnessing our unique potentials as relating to value creation. Harnessing your unique potentials involves putting into workable use your abilities, gifting and innate capacity to provide solution to problems in our society. Nowadays , we can discover that our skills set can quickly pave way for us most times. It's important especially as young minds to develop that ability or skill set with the aim of positively impacting our society.

We all know that it can be easy for us to easily complain about the unfair experiences we encounter in our society and nation at large but the big question has always been: "What Value are You adding to your Society"?

How can Value be Created?

First, you need to understand the necessity of self development. It takes process and time to develop oneself but what 's important is that you are on the "GO" without slacking back in identifying your purpose in life. When we talk about development, it encompasses all spheres of life.

Before you will be able to give out value, you should be resolute in discovering yourself and then build on improving your self worth just as the popular saying:"You can't give out what you don't have." Leverage on opportunities that will advance your productivity .Value creation revolves around what you can give to make the world a better place 

Thereafter, learn to channel your focus on instigating your own Unique approach in giving out value .The question that will always pop up is "what will you be known for?"  This gives you a back up plan as to carefully define your niche and drive it's course at your own pace with the aim of giving out value.

Finally, create a generational value structure whereby the value you have created becomes suistainable, meaning It remains valuable when nurtured or maintained. 

This calls for consistent self-development which means it's important as a value creator to keep up with the growth process while pursuing sustainability. This is the reason your quest for impact should be with the right intentions in order not to build on a faulty foundation that can crash on a long run.

(1)Connectivity: When you add value to lives, there is a natural wave of connectivity that tends to attract people to you. It's obvious that solution providers has a way of penetrating into the minds of their seekers. Discover your potentials through identifying those areas you have key interest and then develop the ability to put your ideas into a workable system with the aim of getting results. Results attract a level of trust and People can only connect to whoever consistently gives value.

(2)Engagement :Value creation initiates an engagement amongst several persons who tends to share their own ideas.  In other words when you showcase your unique potentials to the society, it creates an avenue for others to get engaged with Harnessing their own potentials. Give others the opportunity to explore their potentials through giving out value and by that way you will be able to stand as an encourager for them to harness their potentials as well. 

(3)Relevance: In order to become relevant in this society you should be able to give out value in your own unique way because there's a beauty that comes with authenticity. It takes consistency and hard work to keep up with unleashing your potentials. Learn to be able to identify your own area of influence and choose to grow by building yourself in that place of Relevance. Another aspect we need to consider is that, it is one thing to be Relevant and another to remain relevant. There are many persons who have climbed the ladder of Relevance but because of the lack of defined process to sustain it, they end-up falling .This is the reason process is important, so as to gain sustainability.
