Most at times we face things that we didn't bargain for because of how our minds has been beclouded with a lot of emotional trauma which results from the various negative situations that come our way . Now lets look at these three considerable key words: "Freedom","Emotion" and "Stress" Freedom entails liberty,that is to be set loose from every hindrances and bondage. It is also the power to act or speak or think without externally imposed restraints. Emotion deals with feelings,response,experience or impression. Stress means a physical force producing deformation or strain or a state of extreme difficulty. Looking at the above definitions,we could dictate that Emotional Stress can be simply referred to as straining our mind or responding negatively to a situation we face that tends to be unpleasant to us.It constitute dealing with a particular thought that doesn't produce any positive results but accounts for more desvastating outputs like...
